Coffee Breakfast Smoothie
This coffee breakfast smoothie is complete with granola and banana for an energizing and satisfying start to your morning.
Ingredients
oat milk | 5 fl oz | 142 g | 3/4 cup milk |
banana (frozen) | 2 oz | 60 g | half of large banana |
ice | 3.5 oz | 100 g | 3/4 cup ice |
cold brew coffee concentrate (espressso) | 0.9 oz | 25 g | 4 tablespoons coffee |
granola | 1.6 oz | 45 g | 1/2 cup granola |
nut butter | 0.75 oz | 21 g | 1.5 tablespoons nut butter |
coconut butter | 0.5 oz | 14 g | 1 tablespoon coconut butter |
cacao powder | .16 oz | 5 g | 2 teaspoons powder |
maple syrup | 1.5 oz | 43 g | 1/4 cup syrup |
adaptogen powder | .04 oz | 1 g | 1/4 teaspoon powder |
Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired consistency is reached (about 1 minute). Take care not to over-blend.

Garnish with a little granola on top.

For the nut butter, you can use whatever you have on hand, but if you have macadamia nut butter, it will be extra special!
