Ginger Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Juice Shot
This recipe for tasty and healthy ginger turmeric juice shots is a great way to fight inflammation, boost your immunity and provide a burst of energy!
Ingredients
ginger | 3 oz | 85 g | 3/4 cup chopped ginger |
turmeric | 0.5 oz | 14 g | 1.5 inches or 2 tbsp chopped turmeric |
strawberry (frozen) | 3 oz | 85 g | about 7 strawberries |
blueberry (frozen) | 3 oz | 85 g | 1/2 cup blueberries |
orange (peeled) | 4.5 oz | 128 g | about 1 large orange |
pear | 9.7 oz | 275 g | 2 small pears |
black pepper | 0.001 oz | .02 g | small pinch of pepper |
Directions

Prior to making this recipe, remove the strawberries from the freezer to thaw. They are ready to juice with the rest of the ingredients when they are about halfway thawed out.

Peel the orange.

Juice all produce together.

Add a small pinch of black pepper to each 4 oz shot glass or bottle and pour the juice on top.

If turmeric root is unavailable, you can sub ground turmeric. For a half ounce of turmeric root, use 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

No need to peel the ginger, it actually has a light gingery flavor and some nutritional value as well.
