Sweet Green Dandelion Juice
A delicious green juice that has all of the health benefits of dandelion greens with none of the bitter taste.

Ingredients
dandelion greens | 0.5 oz |
celery | 1.9 oz |
green apple | 4.6 oz |
kale | 5 oz |
lemon | 0.9 oz |
cucumber | 5.5 oz |
ginger | 0.5 oz |
Directions
Wash the produce thoroughly and weigh out the ingredients.
Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
Grind the remaining ingredients together and press.
Pro tips
You can add more dandelion greens to increase the health benefits, but keep in mind that the more you add, the more bitter your juice will be.
Leave the stems on the kale and dandelion greens (they contain a lot of flavor and juice). But make sure you wash them thoroughly, making sure any dirt is removed.
Make sure you peel the lemons if you’re using a conventional (non-juice press) juicer!
