Ingredients
ginger | 2.3 oz |
turmeric root | 1.7 oz |
lime | 4.7 oz |
honey | 0.5 oz |
coconut water | 7 oz |
Directions
Wash the produce thoroughly.
Cut the lime (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lime and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
Mix in the coconut water and honey.
Pro tips
Store this recipe in a glass bottle in the fridge for 5-7 days if you are using a Goodnature juice press.

To make this recipe vegan, you can substitute maple syrup or agave nectar instead of honey.
Can’t find fresh turmeric? You can sub ground turmeric (although fresh is definitely recommended)! For every 1 ounce of turmeric root, use 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
