Healthy Apple Limeade Juice Recipe
Water and sugar are replaced by cucumber and fruit in this unique juice recipe that mimics apple limeade. The result is crisp, refreshing, lip-smacking goodness.

Ingredients
lime | 1.7 oz |
red apple | 4.2 oz |
green apple | 6.2 oz |
cucumber | 1.4 oz |
green grapes | 3.4 oz |
spinach | 1.2 oz |
Directions
If You Have a Juice Press
Wash and weigh all produce.
Zest the limes, placing the desired amount of zest right into your juice collection container, then quarter the limes and place directly into the press bag.
Remove the grapes from the stems and grind the grapes, apple, cucumber, and spinach.
Press.
Serve over ice (optional).

Pro tips
Juice the cucumber with the peel on (remove if not organic). The peel contains beta-carotene, an important antioxidant that the body converts to Vitamin A.
Adding a splash of carbonated water will turn your limeade into a fizzy drink – like sparkling limeade!
