Ingredients
cordyceps mushroom powder | 0.1 oz |
banana (frozen) | 2.5 oz |
cacao nibs | 0.2 oz |
oat milk | 3.5 fl oz |
almond butter | 0.6 oz |
honey | 0.5 oz |
blueberries (frozen) | 5 oz |
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired consistency is reached. Take care not to over-blend.
