Red Bell Pepper Carrot Juice (with Sweet Potato, Orange, & Ginger)
This deeply sweet juice is super nutritious, and every ingredient compliments the red bell pepper.
Ingredients
red bell pepper (seeded) | 3 oz | 85 g | 2/3 red bell pepper |
sweet potato | 3.9 oz | 111 g | 1 medium sweet potato |
carrot | 10.15 oz | 288 g | 5 medium carrots |
orange (peeled) | 6.33 oz | 179 g | 1 1/2 medium oranges |
ginger | 0.33 oz | 9 g | 1 inch chunk of ginger root |
Directions

Wash produce thoroughly.

Remove the seeds from the red pepper, remove the end nub from the carrot and peel the orange.

Weigh out the ingredients.

Juice all ingredients together.
Pro tips

Remove the top ends of the carrots because it’s tough to remove all of the dirt.

Don’t juice the bell pepper seeds!
