Golden Sweet Green Juice Recipe

pineapple	9.8 oz	2 cups chunked pineapple
cucumber	5.7 oz	2/3 cucumber
green apple	3.9 oz	1/2 medium apple
mint (fresh)	0.2 oz	6-8 mint leaves

Directions

Wash the produce thoroughly.

Cut the pineapple into chunks. If using a Goodnature juice press, leave the skin on the pineapple.

Juice all ingredients together.

Pro Tips

Leave the skin on the pineapple if using a Goodnature juice press. It contains a high concentration of valuable nutrients.
When putting the produce down the hopper of the grinder, it is best to use a mix of greens and the softer fruits like pineapple. The greens grind better this way and the end result is more juice. Leave 2 or 3 chunks of apples for the very end, as apples do a good job at cleaning the grinder and pushing any bits of mint or pineapple through that didn’t make it through.
If mint stems are tender and green, you can use them as well as the leaves!

Hi Stacey, the formula you would use for this conversion is: required yield (16oz) divided by current yield (12oz) = 1.33, now multiply each ingredient measurement by 1.33 to get the required amount to make the 16 oz. Hope this helps!

Hi Erika, It really depends on which type of juicer you have. If you have a centrifugal style juicer, you really should drink the juice immediately after making it. If you have a slow juicer (masticating juicer) you can keep in the refrigerator for about two days. If you have a juice press, you can keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
